Columbus Bakery started with one simple idea: bring authentic Colombian flavours to the community, made with care, tradition, and pride. From those early days, baking by hand and serving familiar favourites, the response was clear—people connected with the food, the warmth, and the experience.

Today, that little bakery has grown into six locations, each carrying the same values, recipes, and dedication that started it all. As we continue to expand, our vision grows with us. We’re actively moving toward franchising, opening the door for Columbus Bakery to reach new communities while staying true to our roots.

Our journey doesn’t stop there. We’re proud to be working toward placing Columbus Bakery products in major supermarkets across Ontario, making it easier than ever for people to enjoy Colombian flavours at home.
