For many of us, home tastes like freshly baked bread, warm empanadas, sweet guava, and rich Colombian coffee. These are the flavours we grew up with—the ones shared at family tables, during celebrations, and in everyday moments that mattered. When we opened Columbus Bakery, our goal was simple: to carry those flavours with us and share them here.

Every recipe we prepare is inspired by Colombian tradition. From savoury, salty, and fried finger foods to soft egg breads and sweet fillings like guava and dulce de leche, each item is made to feel familiar and comforting. We use ingredients and techniques rooted in Colombian kitchens, so the experience feels authentic—not recreated, but remembered.

Bringing Colombian flavour to Canada also means creating a space where people feel welcome.
